When you text a business using our service, we collect:
- Your phone number
- Message content
- Date and time of messages
SMS Data Collection and Use
When you text our demo number (206) 944-5083, we collect your phone number and message content solely to provide the automated service demonstration. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and demonstrate our after-hours AI assistant capabilities.
Your phone number and messages are not used for marketing purposes, are not sold to third parties, and are not shared with affiliates for promotional use. We retain conversation logs for service improvement and demonstration purposes only.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information solely to:
- Respond to your inquiries about business services, hours, and scheduling
- Improve our service quality
- Comply with legal requirements
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your messages are only visible to the business you contacted and our service providers (Twilio, Anthropic) who help deliver the service.
Data Retention
Conversation history is stored for up to 30 days to provide continuity in multi-message conversations, then automatically deleted.
